Rabbi:
We were able to get the tefillin from Bellevue. The family that got the package saw that the it came from a "Rabbi" and must be very important, and hung on to it.
They hoped that someone would come a get the package. Well, we did!
The tefillin are absolutely wonderful. I get "goose bumps" just holding them in my hands! I have never in my life owned such a nice pair of tefillin. They will be put to good and constant use!
