The Aleph Institute's Military Shabbaton with members of the U.S. Armed Forces sends a powerful message to our brothers and sisters in uniform that we are with them in their selfless mission. The Shabbaton is our collective expression of gratitude to, and solidarity with, the brave men and women who serve to defend and preserve our freedoms and way of life.
The entire community is invited to a reserved Friday night Shabbat dinner and Shabbat Kiddush with the troops.
At this very special Shabbaton you will have the opportunity to meet Jewish military leaders and hear of their challenging experiences and express your personal support and admiration.
Shabbat together with soldiers from the front lines of combat is very inspiring, as we hear from their first-hand encounters. Interacting personally with our brothers and sisters in uniform gives us a sense of pride and patriotism. Praying, learning, singing and being together is truly a transformational experience.
The entire weekend, including the dinners, services and special presentations will surely give every one who is there a unique and outstanding personal spiritual experience that has an undeniable positive impact. Incorporating their individual experiences with Torah insights is awesome as we each draw inspiration, respect and a deep sense of appreciation.
You will never forget the Shabbaton and it will give you benefits like no other.
